The Laboratory runs in a way that is similar to a one-person lab where one individual is intimately familiar with each case.  A master ceramist inspects and confirms the quality and design of each case.

SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION
Killian utilizes a variety of tools to aid communication: Prescription Form, Evaluation Form, Preference Notes (included with each case).  Photography, and phone consultation.  Comprehensive communication between team members is a primary ingredient for superior quality restorations.

Killian Courier (local), Fedex, United Parcel Service, or USPS (if no other service available.)

REMAKE POLICY
No Charge, if laboratory error.  50% Charge, if fault shared. (Doctor makes determination)

SHADE CONSULTATION SERVICE
For challenging shade matches you may send your patient to Killian Dental for custom shade consultation appointments. 

DIGITAL IMPRESSIONS
We accept and process Cadent-iTero and Cerec Connect Digital Impression files and will accept models from Lava COS.

CEREC CONNECT
If you have a Cerec machine there are three ways Killian Dental can assist you: 
1) Design Only.  2) Design & Mill without Standard Impression  3) Design & Mill with Standard Impression.  Call us to learn more.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography is our best communication tool  DIGITAL - If you have a digital camera, you may send your photo file to us as an e-mail attachment.  We will output your file on high quality photo paper.  FILM - take the shots you need, include the roll of undeveloped film with your case, and we will do the rest.  The finished prints will be returned with your case.

TURN-AROUND TIME
Killian provides a special “Due Date Calendar” that enables you and your staff to easily determine due dates each month.  If you need it sooner, then we understand that sometimes a patient needs a “rush”...we’re here to help.  If it’s important to you, then it’s important to us.
